Adult

Adult Sunday School Ministry is one of the finest ways to experience fellowship with others in the church, as well as being a major avenue for your growth in God’s Word. We place a strong emphasis on Sunday morning Christian education for adults, as well as children and youth. We typically have as many adults in Sunday School each week as we have youngsters. Our Adult Sunday School Classes are as follows:

Contemporary Christian Issues – Adults 30 & older to promote understanding of the Bible. (Admin Building)

FAITH FINDERS - Adult Bible Study for ALL ages in all stages. (Admin Building)

GIDEONS - College age & Young Adults; couples and singles; new class; study contemporary faith issues. (Chapel Building; Rm #8; Upstairs)

FAITH LINKS – A class for special needs adults to promote understanding of the Bible. (Admin Building)

FRIENDSHIP CLASS – Adults 30 and over. Format is combination of lecture and discussion on Bible based issues. (Conference Room)

SEEKERS – Young married adults ages 25-45. Primarily discussion with emphasis on learning to live an abundant life promised to all disciples. (Chapel Bldg, Upstairs)

WORD TO WORD – Open to all ages, single or married. In depth Book by Book, Verse by Verse Bible study. Class is taught by a rotational group of five teachers all using the same material, "The Bible" for the lessons. Class meets in the Modesett Building.

Youth

Middle School class consists of 6th-8th graders; Senior High class is for 9th-12th graders. We provide Bible-based study to lay the foundation for youth's basic Christian education. Fellowship and Christian community are emphasized  to encourage everyone to feel included and comfortable in Sunday School. Both classes are taught by concerned, involved parents under the supervision of the Christian Education Committee.

Elementary

Elementary grade classes include children in or having completed grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. Whether they are young 5's or 11 year olds, children learn best by doing, so lessons include things to do as well as things to hear and see.

Children

Young children's Sunday School classes are available for those children who are four years old as of September 1st. Their learning includes creative play, story time, and group activities. Early Christian learning is an important basis for a happy, healthy childhood. Children less than two years are welcome in the nursery during Sunday School hour.
