BIBLE STUDY: The Book of Revelation Thirteen week study led by Pastor John, starts Jan 28th, 10am in the Conf.Rm. (see below) SERVICE PROJECTS at Montclair Elementary:
-Montclair 'Make Tidy' Day Feb. 6, 9-noon. Weeding and trimming in garden areas and/or putting tennis balls on chair legs (to cut down on noise). (see Sunday Bulletin, January 31, below)
-School Supply Drive for Montclair Elementary & Cullen Middle School Help teachers provide supplies for needy children: Needed items: Notebook paper (wide ruled), 2” binders, crayons, pencils, map colors, scissors, pocket folders with brads, red pens, highlighters, spirals, large pink erasers, ziploc baggies ( gal. and sandwich size), washable markers, Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, Kleenex. Collection boxes in both worship areas. SALVATION ARMY CANTEEN Thur, Feb. 11 Bring bread, bologna, cheese, fruit, and cookies to the CLB kitchen by 4pm. Socks and hygiene products are also needed. Contact Steve Lewis, 774-6843. WOMEN'S RETREAT “Seeing God In Our Daily Lives” Sat, Feb. 20, 8:45-2:30 pm Women’s Retreat: Breakfast and lunch included in $5 fee. Children's Retreat for those 3 –12, is free. Child care provided in nursery for those under 3. Registration forms are on the tables in the foyer. BOOK OF REVELATION CLASS
Thursdays, January 28 - May 6; 10-11:30 in the Conference Room
13 weeks exploring one of the most dynamic books of the Bible with Pastor John. Our basic textbook is the Bible but we will also use a study guide, “Three Months with Revelation” by Justo Gonzalez, for weekly preparation. Participant book: $12.
